Our friendly staff
Our former facility was located at the San Pasqual Academy.
Golden Rule Bindery began in 1957. Not wanting the bindery to close its door in 2000, plant manager Jerry Kiley and Treasurer Fred Antor purchased the bindery. A new era began in June 2000 - Golden Rule Bindery, Inc.
Our facility is conveniently located off Hwy 78 at the Las Posas Road exit. You can find detailed directions on our Contact page.

Karen is the first person you come in contact with. She provides Customer Services, Billing and Estimating.
Jerry is our President and CEO. He is responsible for all of Production.
Marie is our Human Resources Manager. She is also is the supervisor for the Check In department.
Irene is our Restoration Specialist. She restores leather bibles and old books.
Mark is our Field Representative. Mark handles our outside Sales and Deliveries. He pick ups and delivers to our customers in Southern California.
Jesse is our Production Manager. He oversees the production and shipping/receiving areas, and makes sure each step in the process runs smoothly and according to schedule.
Lola runs the standard Horizon BQ470 which binds the books with PUR adhesive. She also operates the oversew machine.
Jerman works on our Polar 78. He does our trimming.
Angela is working in our textbook mending department.
Joan prepares and stamps book covers.
Sarah prepares the books for binding.
Danielle checks in the books.

Our Packaging Division
Our mission statement has four parts:
Professionalism: Not only do we strive to provide high quality and efficient service to our customers, we do it with politeness, courtesy and a smile on our face.
Growth: We continually test new products, methods and materials in order to set higher bindery industry standards.
Citizenship: The Golden Rule is alive and well here!
In late 2011, the Golden Rule Bindery expanded services to include a packaging division.
